the calibration of the APC gauge. If the APC gauge is anything like mine,
the middle of the red is about 18 psi. (I have an Abbott ECU upgrade)
Try to borrow or buy a boost gauge and hook
it up. A stock Aero should have max boost of about 16 psi.
If the gauge is indeed accurate, and you are not hitting the boost cut-off
limit (you would know if it was hitting the limit) I would guess that the
s/w has been changed. Part of the new s/w is to change the boost cut-off
set-point.
You could take a look, under the false bulkhead cover, at the ECU and see
if there is any stickers or markings on the ECU that may indicate it has
been modified.
