I forgot to mention that there is also an increase in vibration when shifting from neutral to drive and the box seems reluctant to shift down from 4th to 3rd. It shifts down at about 35 mph which feels too late (engine labours slightly) and shifts up from 3rd to 4th at 40 mph which feels too early (labours again).
