Fuel cutoff comes at ~1.3 bar, if you didn't hit fuel cutoff you probably didn't hurt anything. ECU always delays ignition when it senses knock, together with lowering boost so it should be allright.
It's a bad idea to cut off the engine without idling it a bit if turbo is glowing red tough. But yours is water-cooled so "don't do it next time"...
