I've heard the engine was beefed up to handle the power. Crank, pistons etc. But it wouldn't surprise me if it were no difference. Also speculation but I'm almost possitive that the clutch is stronger. I think for a definate answer we should check part numbers for pistons and other componants between an Aero and non. Tuned could just be referring to the ECU differences which raises the boost to ~15psi. The ecu controls this along with spark timing to get the best out of the bigger turbo. A cse will push over 15psi but the Aero will get there faster and more efficiently. I get max boost at at around 1800 rpm's and my car is completely stock. I've been trying to get together with a friend of mine who has a CSE to run against my Aero. I will post this info when we do make a run.
