Hi,

A few suggestions (I'm assuming your Aero is 93-97 something):

1) Only use 91 octane gas during the winter (i.e 30's and 40's F), never during the summer.

2) During summer, always run 94 octane as this is what the car is built for. Trionic will compensate for lower octane, so there's no risk hurting the engine... You just won't get what you paid for in terms of performance...

3) Like Ari said, do yourself a favor and change the plugs. In my experience an Aero spark plug can look as good as it did the day you installed it and still not deliver... Change them anyway, it's a cheap way to know if that was the problem... Get NGK BCPR 7-ES 11, and gap them to 1,0 mm (not sure how much that's in inches, but there's 25,4 mm to an inch). DO NOT GET ANY OTHER PLUGS FOR YOUR AERO!

4) Do a boost adaptation. After changing plugs and gas (make sure to have the fuel tank as empty as possible. If you have too much 91 in there it will delay the effect of the higher octane gas), take her out for a spin. You need to do a series of WOT runs from 2750 to 3250 rpm (that's where adaptation occurs. At least if your car is 5 spd). That basically means accelerating in 4th or 5th, preferrably uphill, from 2000 to 4000 rpm. The longer it takes to pass the 2750-3250 rev band, the better adaptation. This will set your boost right where you want it...
