Driver or passenger side?

The driver side grill has three screws, one on top in addition to the two on the side. Even so, you will find it MUCH easier to remove either grill, if you first remove or at least loosen the trim on the A pillar. It's held in by the usual plastic tree type locks, on somewhat near to each end, and one in the middle. Just pry carefully under it and it will pop right off. After this is done, lift up on the grill and then slide it towards you. Once you do it a time or two, it's easy as pie.
As for high quality tweeters, I highly recommend the Vifa D26NC, on sale now for $20 each at Madisound Speaker Components. You'll need to get a least a single capacitor to act as a crossover, preferably a capacitor and a coil (believe Madisound sells ready made crossovers - or can build to your spec). Lots of good deals there.
I hope to document this procedure on my web site eventually, just have been slow to getting around to it (I need a digital camera!), but the weather is slightly warming up now..
