Blitz (The people that produce the plastic Gas cans.) Make a molded injected ramp rated to 12000 pounds. It's low enough that I get my 9000 up on it with no problem whatsoever. A heck of alot easier then trying to jack up the car place the stands and then get under it to do whatever I need to do. I fit under on a standard creeper.(It's a little tight.) If you invested in a low profile creeper. It would give you more room.
I bought mine at Autozone for $29.95. The best investment as far as making life easy.
Please note: The stamped metal ramps you see out there in Red and Yellow. Are in my eyes, very dangerous. They tend to be rather poorly constructed. It's almost impossible to judge "metal stress". And the support bracket on the sides are the one thing holding it all together.
If you choose do work under your own or somebody else's vehicle. Do it "safely". Invest in good equiptment. You only have one life. It's not worth losing under a vehicle.
