Ramps are great when you can Jack the car up and place it on them. All the ramps I've tried slide when you try driving up, or sink in the asphalt while the car rests on them. Jack Stands will sink as well, so you need to put wood supports under both of them. Working on concrete eliminates the need for wood supports, but doesn't stop the sliding tendancy. I prefer Stands! Also, as previously mentioned, without wheels, ramps don't work!
