Very common problem is the lower rear control arm bushings fail. The falure mode is the rubber center becomes unbonded from the metal center tube and the rubber is worn with a oval hole caused by the metal center tube.Jack up the car and place a level(large screwdriver)between the control arm and the underside body and pry downward-any movement in the rear on the control arm is the wear in the bushing and replacement is called for.Makes all the difference in the world how the car handles and steers.Good Luck.
