you have all those nice aftermarket gauges sitting where the lower bin should sit.
If you have small hands (nothing personal intended :-) try the ash tray hole. The problem with going in from the ash tray hole is you have to feel for the many sharp edges that could cut your hand and arm (yeah, been there).
Maybe you can just pull the radio head unit out and try reseating the connectors at the back. As I said, it's kinda difficult to be sured you fix the problem, because you need to have the engine running and radio on to hear the "buzz" and when you pull the radio out you may just move that loose wire/connector enough that it would stop the "buzz".
Come to think of it, my buzz hasn't come back for a while.
