Tire sizes vs speedometer error etc....

I know that a 195/65/15 tire is only 3/10s of an inch taller than a 205/60/15, and that the 9000CS OEM tire is 195/65/15, and that the CSE OEM tire is 205/60/15. Are the CS and CSE geared differently? Will I run into speedometer error if I put 205s on my 9000CS? I know I have signifigant speedometer error running 185/65/15 snows on my 9000. Time to get the Bizzaks off and get into 3 season tires.
All that aside, has anyone experienced a difference in performance with 195 versus 205 all season tires? I'm strongly considering the BF Goodrich Touring T/A HR4, which is available in both sizes, has decent wear rating (380) and "A" traction "A" temperature.
Thanks for your comments!
