A truck drove over my SAAB...I'm crushed

Today the front of my exquisite '90 9000CD Turbo was literally driven over by a trainee driver of a big truck (first day on a job) as I was stopped on a red light and he cut his left turn a bit tight... I imagine the insurance will call it "a total" because the huge tire went at least 2 feet into the engine compartment and over left front corner crumpling everything in it's way -- so much so that I couldn't even open the driver's door. The motor still starts but I can't drive it due to the left wheel damage.
This is after I just spent about $4,000 on new transmission and air conditioning. Grrr. I guess I'm lucky to still have my legs. This discussion board has been such a tremendous place to exchange information in the past, that I couldn't resist asking for any sound advice on how to deal with the insurance, etc. This is important because looking at the local Seattle ads, I do not belive it's possible to buy as good a car for what they will want to pay me.
