Hello Jay, these 16V hyd's will bleed down if the cars sets a lot or if they're restarted a lot. Also any oil heavier than 10-30 will cause this problem. There is a way to bleed the air out of the upper oil galaries, let us know if you end up needing to do this and I can get the exact process from my partner. The worst case would be a bad lifter but that's very rare. Dave @ SPG9
