Don, I had to replace the camshaft guide and hydraulic tensioner on my 89 9000T and can tell you that the breaker bar trick won't work on this problem. If you can do any work on your car yourself you may be able to do the job. It is not really easy but I can send you some info if you are interested. I'm not a Saab mech but was able to complete with out any major goofs. Of course you will not be getting into timing chain like I did but you do have to remove most of the parts any way. It may be the crank shaft seal or it may be the oil pump "O" ring but change both while you have all apart. plan a week end and take your time, you can do it.
