Just had problems similar to yours but since I didn't approach the rpair systematically I couldn't identify problem but problem seems to be fixed.
Located broken brush in alternator, low battery fluid which caused voltage drainage and stall and grounded heavy grey wire from battery to fuse box, which fixed itself after I removed and later replaced fuses, all on right poprtion of fuse panel.
I would check brushes (max. .5 hrs), check battery liquid, remove fuses for anything in rear of car and see if car runs properly. Then I replace one fuse after another with engine running and see what happens.
