Ongoing Fuel Cut Off Saga

Hi Guys, I'm almost too depressed to keep talking about this. The other day I mentioned that my Saab Mechanic (London, Ontario) diagnosed the fuel cut-off problem as a faulty ECM which was allowing it to overboost. This is after previously replacing the APC to no effect. Anyway, he ordered a new one from Sweden and installed it. It drove fine for him initially, but as we all know, once the car has done an adaptation things are different. Driving it home through the country last night the car seemed to have been cured, but after doing a couple adaptation runs up steep hills things changed and the fuel cut off returned under boost condtions. Anyway, this $1700 (Canadian) part and labour job has me royally p-o'd. This is their third crack at it and my patience and wallet are gettting thin. It would have probably been cheaper at the end of the day just to have Abbott reprogram the darn thing to have a higher fuel cut off point.
Incredibly Frustrated,
Bill
