the damping system as the aero springs are fairly soft compared to some of the earlier cars. Having owned four aeros and one sensitive wife I was forced to search for a wife tolerable ride. She suffered headaches after several miles with the factory setup. I tried many dampers before find a great solution. Boulevard ride but stiff control if pushed. I have found the Koni adjustables (yellow models) are really great dampers. Adjustable to a really soft ride with good rebound to rod solid stiffness, at the turn of a valve at the top of the strut( fronts only) (rears must be disconnected to set so set at fifty percent on first install. Unfortunately the original strut must be sacrificed as Koni only makes insert cartridges in their best dampers. The dampers have life time replacement to original owner. have fitted out last two Aeros with them and never needed warranty service. You can replace springs but found unnecessary unless you wish to lower the car. You will enjoy the aero but the drive from Kai-Tak to Beacon Hill is a waste for the aero. you may as well get the other car unless you really want those great aero seats> they are worth the difference in comfort.
Hope this testamonial helps with your decision good luck
