Turbo install and AC questions

I've got an 87 9000 Turbo and a 90 9000S. The 87 has some pretty bad body damage, but mechanically is fine. The 90 is in near perfect shape. I was wondering how difficult it would be take the turbo out of the 87 and put it in the 90. Also, I can't get the AC compressor to turn on in the 90 without running a direct line to it. I also have no power at the AC switch. Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
