It's possible that it is the DI but you can check whether there is fuel. Pull the DI and see if there is any sign of leak, cracks on the DI cylinders. It looks OK, then remove the plugs and see if it is wet (from fuel).
Yes, it could be many things but fuel pump, fuel pump relay would be my guess first.
You need to have a really dead DI to have no start. You usually get one of two dead or semi-functioning "coils" in the DI and you get start but rough running. The easiest test for the DI is another working DI, beg, steal or borrow one.
