when you get the cutout? what gear, rpm etc, car? Is the stutter like a skip or a complete cutout? Has anyone ever adjusted your turbo preload?
If basic boost is good and you are cutting out where one would expect max boost, can you back off slightly and the car maintain max power?. can you moderately accelerate to a higher boost without cut-out or are you just planting your foot and the car cuts-out? It is suspect that the boost pressure contro valve could be causing you problems if over boosting. there are other items that can cause a cut out
fuel pressure regulator, manifold absolute pressure sensor I'm really shooting blanks here without other data with which to guess. sorry
