Yes that's correct. Most of the time the car will return to proper idle within a few seconds, like 2-3. Other times It comes back down to maybe 1300-1400 RPMS and just sit there. If I touch the gas peddle it will jump back up to like 1800-2000 RPMS and then comes back down very slowly, in like 5-8 seconds sometimes more. I could probably push it up to 3000 RPMS and it would then return slowly from that point. Today it hasn't stalled at all yet! When it does stall it would come back down from whatever RPM as it's suppose to(2-3 seconds)but, itstead of settling around 900 RPMS it would continue on down to like 400-500 RPMS and then stall out altogether. It ONLY does this while I'm driving it. It doesn't stall in the driveway at all. That's what makes it strange to me. This is me: drive car, slow down, press in clutch, car stalls after reaching the 400-500 RPM mark. The throttle compresses the UFO plunger spring thing a little as it should so, I don't think it needs adjusting, I could be wrong though.
