It is all relative--
relative to the amount you can spend,
relative to the life of the motor after the mods you add,
relative to the amount of heat that is generated,
and therefore required to get rid of, by
--upping the boost thru bigger turbo's
--adding more efficient exhaust path
--cylinder head mods to improve airflow
--remapping the computer ecu to increase fuel flow etc
relative to the amount of torque the two front wheels can cope with
the half shafts can only cope with so much then something gives.
Also what modifications would you need to make to get the transmission
to cope with another 100 ponies?
(I would not want more than 250 hp thru two front wheels. Bring on
Saab AWD. VW are bringing out a Bora Sport 350hp from V6 motor and AWD.)
Regards
Julz
