I think we need more info- what year 9000? Do you want to lose the rev limiter, or the boost cut-out ?
(2 seperate things)
If you're looking for more performance on an older 9000 w/apc, you can modify your apc box to 20 lbs (making sure you have the additional fuel to stop potential detonation) and removing (or increasing the psi level) at which the fuel-cut out happens.
