pretty easy on rotors and I wouldn't be concerned with rotors that are 1 mm ABOVE the min. Technically, rotors that are at the minimum can still be used but must be not used when a new set of pads are instilled and cannot be cut any further. I only use Axxis Organics for my personal car and others and have essentially no rotor problems and no dirt to speak of- very easy on rotors. (Not available for the 9-5 yet) I have little experience with EBC but I have seen good results from those using them- that is all I know. Three sets of axxis and 85,000 miles with only 1.2mm wear is not bad so if EBC is as easy as Axxis I sure wouldn't worry.
