If it's in good shape, this is a good price. The '91 is one of the most desirable models. Having driven both a '91 and the later CSE model, both with 200 hp, the '91 accelerates much better because of lower gearing.

With 113k miles, the usual stuff can wear out - A/C, steering rack, heater core, all rubber suspension parts, switches, DI cassette, slave cylinder, etc.

DI cassette - you can tell if it's original by seeing if the wiring going into it from the driver's left is hard-wired or is a removable clip. Original DI cassette was hard-wired.

Look for oil leaks underneath. These spell death for rubber suspension components and motor mounts.

Speaking of motor mounts, see if there's a clunk when you let off the gas and go back onto it.

Heater core- is there a sickly sweet smell inside the car when you turn on the heater?

If the engine has had regular oil changes and hasn't had any bad events, like losing all its coolant, it is routine to go 250k miles. The transmissions (ZF brand in the 9000's) are a potential problem. Automatics tend to need work before 100k unless treated very nicely, and the 5-spds might need work around 150k or might last the life of the car. Listen for transmission noise in each gear.

IMHO, for that price, if everything looks good in the car, you are way ahead, in terms of what you get for your money, ever if you have to work on it now and then.
