SHOCKING experience this evening...Help needed now..

Ok, so I'm pulling into this parking lot off a rather large road when the bottom of my car scrapes into a dip, I'm going about 10 *MAYBE* 15 MPH, when all of a sudden I hear quite a lot BANG and realize my airbag just DEPLOYED IN MY FACE! YES, a 10mph scraping of the car caused my airbag to bust. The seatbelt tensioners worked correctly thank god and I was pulled back w/o having my face hit the airbag. Of course the powder residue that was left from the gas (nitrogen?) was now burning my hand so I jumped out of the car screaming and yelling obsenities into the night. Some people witnessed it all from the parking lot and couldn't believe it deployed at such a slow speed with no frontal impact. I checked the car, the only obvious damage I could see was a scraping on the exhaust pipe. I have no idea how this happened folks.
Now, I did have the recal work done for my car ('93 9kT) on the heater core 'cause apparently they can leak onto the airbag sensor, but all the sensors I believe were replaced so I'm not sure what went wrong here. What should I do?? I had the police come and they have a record, also the witnesses gave me their names and numbers, but what's next?? Of course I'll contact the insurance company, this will probably fall under a collision, but I don't want to take the heat for this. I'm a 21 year old driver who the insurance company would probably love to have pay more each month in premiums.
Frankly, I see this as very serious. SAAB should not have an airbag deploy at such a slow speed. I guess I can call the dealership and find out what to do, opinions and advice is welcomed. Of course my car looks ghetto at the steering wheel with duck-tape and the seatbelts are now really jacked up.
Thanks in advance,
Joseph
