I have their set up and my Aero is about 37 mm lower. It was raised by installing 17 inch rim and 45 series tires, I went with 235s rather than 225 to get an extra 6 mm in elevation over standard 205 55 116 inch tires and rims so my car now sits 31 mm lower than a stock Aero. Stock Aeros are actually only 9-11 mm lower than a normal 9000, what ever that is. It is supposed to be 1420 mm to top of roof. I measured 6 aeros and 6 9000s and the 9000s averaged 1423mm and the Aeros measured 1414 mm. My car after installing the Abbott green springs and the new tires/wheels measured 1383mm There is a 1-2 mm lost/gained somewhere.
I bought the entire package from Abbott but found later that I could have savesd a little money by shopping the Konis . But would have had a lot of agony just looking around. Bottom line it was simple to buy the package.
Here are the numbers if you wish to shop around: As I recall the kit price was around 600 pounds minus VAT + shipping(which was about the same as the VAT). I really like the ride of the Konis and the springs haven't changed in height that I can tell. You will notice a much better rebound action and not as rigid as the OEM dampers and you can adjust until you get what you find best. One thing, is you don't need a compressor to install the Abbotts they are almost a loose fit when installed but be careful removing the OEM springs as they are under some compression. I used a chain tensioner to compress mine, a lot quicker than a spring compressor and safer.

Front--8641-1114 Sport
Rear---8040-1057 Sport
The front dampers (Sachs) must be cut off and the Koni Cartridge slipped inside and bolted through the bottom -must drill a 13-14 mm hole in the bottom of the strut. I used a large pipe cutter to cut off the top, you can also use a power body saw. Hope this gives you some ideas.
