i *think* copper grease is an 'old skool' term for what is commonly referred to anti-seize compound, which is a generic term.
Any auto parts store will have either Permatex or Loctite brand.
These are lubes that (i'm sure others know much more about it than I) provide a couple of important features:
during assembly, it prevents galling and ensures that you are getting an accurate torque and not just spending all your energy fighting the threads and *thinking* you're getting things tight enough. I would suspect this is the reason billj recommended it. I took it a step further and recommnded he actually chase the threads to ensure correct assembly as well.
also, for parts like caliper pins, spark plugs, caliper bolts, anti seize compound does just that, it prevents high temperatures from oxidizing the fasteners and them becoming dang near impossible to get apart.
the other compounds you mentioned are either not suitable for the application and/or would fail under the conditions of the road wheel.
