New Pulley vs. Old?

If this is a duplicate message – my apologies. My first message “disappeared” before I finished editing it and I have no idea if it was sent or lost in net space.

We are going to replace both idler pulleys as well as the tensioner and serpentine belt on our 96 9K (2.3 T) this weekend. Before I dig in, I need to verify something. The tensioner and its pulley (roller) look identical to the original. I cannot see the other pulley well enough to verify if it is the same as the replacement. I just found out that the replacement pulleys are different from OE and requires a washer for installation. The dealer gave me (pt. # 4901625)and no washer (parts is closed today!). Does the replacement need a washer? I hate to do this twice. Hope you can help - Thanks
