6 year warranty, 2 (or even 3) year free replacement, 650 CCA for the 41-4 size. That's $6.67 per year. I also saw a 34 size on the shelf, but no 34R. I think someone mentioned an even better deal at Sam's or Costco or similar.
For a month or so, I borrowed, from another car, a $45 Autocraft Silverplus 58-2, 6 year warranty, 2 year free replacement, 575 CCA (0ºF), 650 CA (32ºF), 90 min. RC. (House brand of Advance Auto Stores.) It did just fine on the Saab, which didn't seem to mind a battery having a measly 575 CCA, and however many measly ampere-hours it has.
If you are the type of person that is trying to optimize dollars per year exclusively, who cares if it doesn't last as long as the name brands (and we don't know that it doesn't).
Of course, who am I to recommend a $6.67/year battery, seeing as I went with a $21/year one (Optima 34R, for its disconnected shelf life).
