Check to see if you have the new stlyle relay part #8522310.If not replace it with that one, about $10. There is a service bulletin about it on the Townsend Imports site, link bellow.

I've been having the same problem with my 92 but it turned out to be the a/c pressure switch that is causing the fan to stay on. It had been in the 90's here for over a week, but since it's cooled down it's been fine.

Does it shut off after 10 minutes? It will run for a little while if the car is hot when you shut it off,or long enough for the a/c pressure to drop, but it shouldn't run that long. Maybe 5 minutes?

If afer cool down it doesn't shut off and your low speed relay proves to be good you can eliminate the coolant sensor switch on the radiator by disconnecting the wiring plug to see if it shuts off. Just don't forget to reconnect it!
If that doesn't work you can try the same with the a/c pressure switch which is mounted on the drier on the pass side wheel well on a 92.

Check posts of the last couple of weeks, you'll find a lot of discussion about this problem.
