If you filled your cooling system up with anything close to 50% antifreeze and 50% water (or 40/60 or 60/40) I don't think you need to worry about it unless you live in an extreme climate region, i.e. it gets really hot (100 F plus) or really cold (way below freezing).

I would also suggest buying a coolant tester (less than $10). It measures the relative density of your coolant. The float in the tester should give you a reasonable operating range of your coolant. You can add more water or antifreeze. Just don't overfill, you can always suck some existing coolant out first then add what's needed then go for a drive and then test again the next day before driving.
