I'm impressed and confused (which is probably why I'm impressed)with how you solved the problem on your 1991. I have a 1992 9000T that I want to install a keyless entry system in and have not been sucessful in finding anyone who can integrate it with the factory alarm system. To activate the alarm, I would still need to use the key.
The local shop suggests installing a combination keyless entry/alarm system and forget about the factory alarm. Given that it works just fine and is already in the car, I'm not excited about their solution. It seems that you have found a way, at least on a 1991 to do both. Do you have any ideas as to how I might go about doing the same thing on a 1992?
If you could reply to my e-mail address I would appreciate it.
Thanks - Stephen Milden
