torque for an auto equipped turbo. Cutting the wire disconnects the ground wire to the torque limiting circuit for the auto. You don't have to lose operation of the sun/moon roof and any thing else except maybe your transmission if you abuse it.
Someone here should know, I think jj had a post many months ago. Maybe you can do a seach on all his posts.
AeroGuy probably knows without looking :-).
