Did inner sleeve fit SuperFlex bush and did bush fit housing?

Did the SuperFlex front rear control arm bush come with an inner metal sleeve, or did you have to re-use/insert the original inner sleeve after burning the old rubber away (and did the sleeve fit OK)?

There was a previous post in Performance BB by zeke [below] who reported that the ID of the hole in the bush seemed greater than the OD of the sleeve, and that the OD of the bush seemed less than the ID of the housing.

[Note that although the below post refers to "PowerFlex" at times, from the context of other posts, I believe zeke meant "SuperFlex".]
