Although there are many variations of this classic TCS light/LHM problem, you might do a search for other posts to come up with an identical fault/remedy. My own experience with my '93 CSE was a steady TCS lite, LHM when car shut-off at norm. op. temp, then an attempted re-start. Sometimes a 10-15 minute wait was all that was needed, but it got worse as time went on. Fix: replaced bleed valve (AKA dump valve, safety valve) located on firewall, $30 from used parts house, no further problems. It may not be that simple in your case, but maybe worth a try. Good luck.
