Any UK owners tried Shell Optimax yet?

You know, the one that makes your fish go faster, according to the TV advert.
It took a bit of delving on their web site to get through the marketing crap and find out exactly what it is. It's a Super Unleaded equivalent, "greater than 98 RON" octane rating, with detergent additives claimed to clean your engine and return it to its peak efficiency (anyone remember Formula Shell?)
There's a little diagram showing how a green car running ordinary petrol can't overtake the lorry on the motorway as fast as the red car running Shell Optimax, with the green car about three car lengths ahead by the end of the manoeuvre. Eh? What sort of cars? Which other petrol?
It's available here in Hemel Hempstead (Breakspear Way, for the locals, near the M1). I'll give it a try when I get my car back together after my latest dismantling session.
Any experiences with this stuff so far?
