White plugs, Aero running lean?

Pulled the plugs today and noticed they were a little more white than I'd expected. These are about 7500 miles old. I re-gapped about 3500 miles ago -- from .95mm to .85mm as recommended here.
One looks a lot whiter than the others, and one looks more normal. All appear in perfect physical shape otherwise and are gapped exactly as they were when I installed them last. Used copper anti-seize, torqued to 21 ft*lbs, dielectric grease on DI boots. The DI is brand-new as of 3500 miles ago.
The car has been running pretty well, but was starting to get a bit jerkey more recently. New plugs gapped at .90mm seems to have helped quite a bit. Boost has always gone well into the red, so I don't think the ECU's detecting any problems. No check engine lights either.
So, is this about normal or do I have a problem? Thinking that it could have been the lower gap, as I don't really remember them looking so white when I re-gapped. Does someone have pictures of what these plugs should really look like? Mine don't resemble any of the examples on NGK's guide to reading plugs very well.
