Everything LDH said is correct I bought mine from http://www.turbologic.com/joepmbc/
It was $50 but does the same thing it just sounded better to me. If the '97 are like the '93 then fuel pump cut off is a little under 16 PSI, I set my valve for about 15 PSI, and this way when it fluctuated due to wheather I still rarely hit the cut off, but every so often I do. The only real concern is not your engine but your tranny. The saab ECU limits boost in first and second gear (manual) to save stress on the tranny this will over ride that and your tranny will definately wear out faster especially if you have a heavy foot off the line. As long as you don't mess with the MAP sensor you probably won't damage your engine if you still to high octane 93/94 gas.
