You may want to check into buying a new radiator. I put a new one in this year (91 9000 T) I got it for like $160-$170. It is a brand new Saab radiator too, not an aftermarket. I don't know how much it costs to have a radiator re-cored, but buying a new one might be close to the same price. I got mine from europarts. Changing the radiator is easy.
The door latch, let me guess. You pull on the handle, and it seems like over time you've had to pull harder, and harder to open the door. It is probably on the driver's side, or passenger door (not the rear doors) because they are the one's used most often. There is a lever made of metal that the handle pulls on to release the door latch. Over time this lever gets bent toward the outside of the car. All you need to do is take your door apart, and bend this piece back. I have done this on both front doors on my car, and it fixed it without any problem.
I hope this helped
