It is hard to see that the locking circuits would be the drain. The controller only feeds current to the siren in the front L fender engine area and to the parking lights. Alarm circuit has had some bad track records from listening to others make comments. Can you lock it with the windows down and an ammeter on the battery post to cable? Try reaching into the fuse panel to pull fuses 1@time and replacing it if current isn't interrupted and go on to next fuse. How much current is being sucked out of the batt by the mystery? This is drain, we can't yet call it a short as it hasn't yet earned that title. Short will be massive and destructive to a protective fuse. Module for alarm is to the rt and in front of glove box behind fuse panel. Fuse 19 supplies juice to alarm full time. Pull it for test. Keep us posted.
