You know, I had a similar problem with my 88 9kt. What I found was the engine light was switched on, but would only occasionally work - usually when the hood was closed! So if I'm understanding correctly the battery only drains when the doors are locked? Is that arming the alarm or not? I assume that your car is equipped... I deal with electical systems everyday, this sounds kinda funky. I would check for stupid stuff first... lights on ect... What I might also do is after the doors are locked go around to each door and listen closely, if there is a sticking lock solenoid, you would be able to here a hummmm at the door below the lock. I you think it is the alarm, first turn it off, and try it. If the battery still goes weak then pull the alarm fuse. If it still goes weak then it is not the alarm. All this stuff is easier if you have a meter with an amp current draw setting on it. If you do, and want further instructions just post another.
Also, unfortunately, the more times your battery goes dead, the less charge capacity it will retain...
