First run the self test. with the car on press AUTO and VENT at the same time. Wait about 40 seconds while 88 flashes and then a number will show up. Hopefully it is 0. If not 0 it is the number of faults dectected. If not 0press VENT to read the codes. Press AUTO to return to normal. Post the codes and we'll help ya out. If no codes, I'd start with checking for a loose arm on the servo motor. You have to pull the glove box. Its on the left in the center, kind of behind the ceter vent. Hard to explain kinda, but the is a stamped aluminum arm on the steel shaft off the servo. a cable runs foward to the heat selector door in the aquarium. The arm is held on the shaft with a phillips screw. If the flat spot in the arm is rounded out the screw will not hold the arm and the door will not respond properly to the motor. I fixed mine by removing the arm, fileing it flat on the inside and shimming the flat back up to the shaft with a piece cut off a feeler gauge.
