Travelling at 130mph with CSE then got some questions

I'm just back from my vacation that I take my Saabrina back on the motorway.
I've hit 130mph and stayed on around 120-130 mph for 30-40 minute.
Rev. is high at around 4500-5000rpm.
Unfortunately , I saw Oil Temp meter raise the temp itself from normal--100C to 110C and the Oil Pressure fall back from 38Psi to 32 Psi.
Since then , I thought that there may be some trouble occured with the engine ,so I reduced the speed to around 80-90 mph. And then everythings shift back to normal cond.
However , The coolant temp is OK around 9 to 9.30 O'clock with ambient temp around 25C
I know that I didn't hit it as much as the top speed and the meter just indicate the value that is acceptable.
Anyway ,I'm just curious are there any imperfection with my engine? If not , could I continue floor it at those speed without any trouble ?
And because there may be some necessity to do that again , should I modify something to encounter the problem? My car is now just having 3"down pipe , no other modification.
Thank you for your advice
