Yesterday afternoon I noticed oil oozing down from the seal on the valve cover. I assume I need a new seal, is this hard to do?

I also noticed oil (only on the front of the engine) on the hoses leading from the turbo up to the intake manifold (shiny silver thing near the driver) It seemed like it was coming from my wastegate (hooter?) valve as well.

The car is an '87, does this mean the tyurbo is well worn or should I instead look into replacing the seal on the valve cover (head?)

I should mention that the engine mounts are completely shot - I plan on replacing them in the coming two weeks - what ill effects do worn engine mounts have on the function of my car?
