While you're at it, look into replacing the PCV valve in the ventilation hose on top of the cam cover. If this one-way valve is not working, you might be pressurising your crankcase with boost pressure and blowing oil out of places that are supposed to be oil-tight. The turbo may be OK. Is it smoking from the exhaust?
Engine mountings: replace these as soon as you possibly can. Once they go, they place quite a strain on other things. If the upper torque arm bushes are still OK, they won't last long with the lower bushes gone. You also risk damaging the exhaust. I had to replace the (fairly new) flexible joint on my exhaust after discovering my engine mountings were shot.
Good excuse for a 3" turbo-back system, I thought, but you might prefer not to have to fork out for exhaust parts...
