wheel sensors are by far the most common failure, usually around 110.00 USD each or so. Accumulators are the next most common part failure, i think about 300 and some change.
There are also a few switches that can go bad, and electrical shorts bringing up the rear as far as frequency of failure. Hydraulic pump failures are VERY rare. As Anders said, make sure this shop knows exactly WTF they're doing. Easy way for a less than reputable shop to pump a bunch of money out of an unwitting customer.
