By drivetrain, do you mean the suspension/wheels, or the engine?
I'm going to assume you mean suspension/wheels, and the speed is road speed (not engine speed). My first guess is a bad CV joint.
Find a nice open parking lot, and roll the windows down. Crank the wheel all the way to the left and drive slowly in a circle. Listen for the click. Now, crank the wheel all the way to the right and do the same. If the clicking gets louder with the wheel hard cranked over, chances are you've got a CV joint that's dying. You should be able to hear what side it's coming from.
