BPC to the wastegate actuator is intact. In fact, I would replace the line.
If there is a leak in that line it can cause the wastegate to delay it's opening
and cause overboost. Also a leak in the actuator diaphram can cause
overboost.
Resist the temptation, suggested below, to eliminate the BPC/APC valve.
Elimination of the valve disables the Trionic boost control. I would not do it
to my Aero.
