Unfortunately, it will set you back at least a couple grand, not counting the extra cost of 17-18" wheels and tires. To my knowledge, all Saab 9000s should be able to run 15" wheels, so there aren't going to be any bigger brake rotors from a 9000.
I put stainless lines on my car, but honestly barely noticed any difference. The pedal felt _slightly_ firmer and with a little better feedback, but could be my imagination. I've heard the improvement is much more drastic on the c900, though I can't explain why.
I think one of the biggest improvements you will make, at least if you do hard braking, would be to try out the Axxis/PBR Metalmasters. I did this with a set of minimally cross-drilled (30 holes) front rotors, and felt the braking power was vastly improved under all conditions. I attribute most of this to the pads, and will be sticking with these next time, but probably going for the ATE Powerdisc rotors - assuming the current rotors wear out while I still have the car. :)
Anyhow, see Abbott below..
Oh, I see now Abbott has two brake kits, one 308mm and one 330mm, both a little cheaper than I thought, but still a bunch!
